  • Irregularities and Informalities

    Defects or minor non-compliance contained within a response to a Bid. A defect which is easily correctable. Deviations from the exact requirements of the Solicitation that do not affect the price, terms, or conditions of the Bid document. A minor informality or irregularity is one that is merely a matter of form and not of substance, or pertains to some immaterial or inconsequential defect or variation of a Bid from the exact requirement of the IFB, the correction or waiver of which would not be prejudicial to other Bidders.
